The Business
They are an Australian based company whose focus is developing, implementing and maintaining fuel management systems for the mining industry and other markets. Recent and extensive growth in the business due to the mining boom has lead to the creation of this position.
The Person required
They are looking for an experienced CAD drafting professional with at least a few years experience in a similar role.
Essentially the appointee will be taking on the drafting documents for manufacture of the modular units and also work specific to mining site installations. You will work closely with the Engineering and Project Management teams to help problem solve and provide solutions to specific issues to the fluid management systems and process controls that the business builds for their exceptional customer base.
• The successful applicant will have formal qualifications in CAD Drafting to minimum 2D level. Solidworks would be great but not essential.
• Must possess diagnostic and analytical skills and be able to apply them effectively.
• The role will also call for well-developed oral and written communication skills, good organisational skills, computer literacy including CAD and a team orientation.
