The Organisation:
Your new employer / company, is working nationally and internationally, invests heavy into R&D, Manufacturing and Distribution. Key note suppliers of a range of Ingredients into Retail, Foodservice and B2B channels.

The Position:
An opportunity exists to become a part of the Corporate Business Unit. The key to this role is to deliver over and above professional services in identifying, understanding and managing FSANZ, Organic, Halal and Kosher certification compliance.

The Person:
• The successful applicant will have degree qualifications in either / or Food, Science, Engineering or Microbiology qualifications.
• Strong insights Regional application of FSANZ throughout Supply Chain characteristics with proven initiatives, results & communication examples to sell yourself.
• Understanding of Organic, Halal Kosher Certification and Documentation. Product Labelling, Specifications, Artwork and Marketing Claims.
• It is desirable that you possess strong diagnostic and analytical skills and be able to apply them effectively.
• This is a hands on role. It is desirable that you have had exposure to Innovation and Manufacturing through to Supply Chain.
• Specifically you can demonstrate working B2B relationship with Key Suppliers and Customers.
• Leading with Professional understanding of GMP, OH&S, HACCP ISO9001 and STD Operating Procedures. Contributes to the ongoing development Business Improvement programs.
• Ability to appreciate the values of Business Process and adherence / development including Document control.
• Critical to the role is extremely well-developed oral and written communication skills, good organisational skills, computer literacy and a team orientation.
• Building and Implementing Quality systems from Supplier to through to the consumer.
• High energy and drive, this role you will need to be autonomous and delivering results very quickly.
