Experienced in branch/people/budget management? Multinational organisation looking for a Branch Manager with HVAC experience to run their Queensland Branch

• $80K (Neg) + Super + Bonus!
An opportunity exists for an experienced Branch Manager to manage their service centre located at Darra. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for growing the business and achieving sales and operational budgets, controlling inventory and managing a small team in meeting customer requirements on both refrigeration and air-conditioning technical issues and service skills.
You must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate others and knowledge of running a spare parts/ distribution branch selling technical products. Priority will be given to candidates with a strong refrigeration background
