We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join a leader in home furnishing solutions. The Position:
Role and Responsibilities:.
Working close with Sales, Project and Warehouse Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:
• Confirm Sales and relevant paper work to finalize client contracts
• Demonstrated ability to manage PO’S, supplier pricing as well as lead times
• Entering Purchase orders through SAP
• Budgets and overheads Management
• Coordinating freight and any other services required
• Scheduling work, allocation of work, materials and job completion dates.
The Person:
What You Need to Succeed
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
• Essential to the role is knowledge and practicing experience with SAP (Business 1)
• 3-5 yrs experience coordinating services or work in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
