Prior to joining Technical Focus in 2004, Luke McDonald (Associate) managed manufacturing, warehouse and distribution operations in contract FMCG and pharmaceutical organisations for over 15 years. During his tenure in contract manufacturing & warehousing Luke developed a clear understanding of real business-to-business partnership.
Oksana Tymoc (Associate) has had 9 years direct experience in the recruitment industry, specialising in supply chain, customer service and operations personnel. Her strengths are in account management and business development and she has managed major accounts across a range of manufacturing industries.
Stephen Ibbotson (Executive Search & Candidate Manager) A background in FMCG End to End Supply Chain with a Science and Technology base. 4 years Recruitment experience, currently working across Sydney, Singapore and into Mainland China in a search capacity.
Pam Loneragan After completing business studies, Pam started her career as a Police officer with NSW Police Service. After eight years of street policing she moved to the Services’ Corporate area becoming the ‘Program Coordinator’ of the Executive Development Section. This section was at the cutting edge of ‘Selection’ and ‘Development’ procedures which were adopted for selection future senior executives. From her work in executive development, she was selected on project team to revamp the Police promotion system at the arrival of Commissioner Peter Ryan. Pam then moved on to carry out special projects in Human Resource for the former Commissioner Ken Moroney.
Vanessa Hall, Director of Technical Focus Pty Ltd and TF Industrial Pty Ltd is also the International Ambassador for Trust. As Founder and Director of entente Pty Ltd and entente foundation, she is leading the world’s first International Movement of Trust. She is an award winning Author, Speaker and Adviser to business leaders, governments and individuals around the world.
Kate Draper is registered as a fully qualified Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She is also a fully qualified Personal Trainer.
Peter Skamperle‘s career has been based in the disciplines associated with high-end manufacturing and related project roles both locally and overseas. He has been employed by defence, medical, automotive and communications organisations where he has provided the skills needed to achieve leading edge technology outcomes and process capability demands.
