Christine Longman (Partner) Christine had over 10 years experience in senior sales, marketing and business management roles before switching to the recruitment industry in 1996. Since then, she has had a wide-ranging recruitment background, recruiting from director to entry level roles across a wide range of occupational functions.

Before joining Technical Focus and Supply Chain Careers, Christine worked for several years with another major Sydney recruitment and HR consultancy. She has held account management roles for some of Australia's major organisations in both the supply chain, manufacturing and service industry sectors.

She has strong experience in the use of psychological profiling, developing and running assessment centres and project managing large scale, national recruitment drives as well as general HR consulting.
