John Lambert (CEO) began recruiting in 1994 and has been successful as a Consultant focused on operations and technical management roles and has developed close, ongoing and open working relationships with many of Australia's major corporate employers in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Food, Pharmaceutical and other progressive technology based manufacturing and logistics businesses.

Prior to moving into recruitment John spent 12 years in the technical industry beginning by working on defence projects through GEC's Design and Development Division in the UK and gaining an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He was originally sponsored into Australia by the Smorgon Group to work as a Project Engineer in their Glass plant in Penrith, NSW. Whilst there, John was responsible for managing capital projects up to $5 million and recruited, contracted and managed engineering and installation teams.

John then spent eight years developing and managing corporate accounts in the food, pharmaceutical and high technology manufacturing sectors. He was responsible for managing high value, out-sourced maintenance contracts as well as the design and sale of strategic IT based manufacturing management systems.
