Luke McDonald (Partner) Luke has over 15 years experience as an Operations and Business Manager in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and industrial manufacturing sectors and has worked for companies such as Boots Healthcare and a major FMCG Contract Manufacturing organisation.

Luke has spent the last 4 years managing manufacturing plants in the highly competitive contract sector. In this time , Luke developed some mutually beneficial client relationships with blue chip companies such as BP, Huntsman and Alstom.


Throughout his career, Luke has successfully built his own teams by recruiting key technical, engineering and supply chain staff.
