Michelle leads our Administration team from the front at reception and brings with her an exceptional customer service persona that is welcoming to all that meet her. Her presence within the Technical Focus group has added that professional touch in everything she is responsible for including the sparkling state of our 5 star Reception.

Michelle comes from an extensive background in hospitality dedicating over a decade of her career to Front Office Reception. She possesses an incredibly strong commitment to the provision of exemplary service and firmly believes in the importance of personal presentation and first impressions.

Her experience working in hotels and resorts has equipped Michelle with the expertise required to efficiently meet and greet visitors and work within a fast paced environment, juggling priorities from candidates, clients and her colleagues.

Michelle's role is very strongly focused on candidate and client care yet is closely intertwined with that of our Administration and Accounts Associates. Together as a team they compliment each other producing one of the most efficient Production Teams Technical Focus has ever seen
