Having commenced his career in the demanding conference and exhibitions industry, Saul managed the staging of some of the construction industry's largest networking events and in later years worked in construction in a hands-on role coordinating teams of builders in the high-rise sector, carrying out work for one of Australia's premier apartment developers.

His passion for the "people factor" and all things construction led him to develop strong, long term relationships with companies of varying sizes invloving him in civil, commercial and residential building. Saul's strong relations with these construction professionals allowed for a smooth transition into recruitment in 2000, having been involved in the labour hire industry where he managed the supply of contract based labour and tradespeople and the permanent placement of construction professionals at all levels.

Saul views industry candidates and clients as equally important in managing the recruitment process and with an increasing demand for experienced construction professionals across all sectors, he believes in a practical and honest approach when managing peoples' expectations.
