Stephen Ibbotson (Consultant) Well, I am almost a grown man – though with an old man hairstyle [did I say style???], the proud father of 2 fantastic boys and 1, yes only 1 beautiful young daughter – at this stage 1 daughter is most surely enough.

Occasionally my very homely / family life becomes interrupted with a burst into my Jeckle and Hyde personality – fortunately my GSX750 Suzuki [ “Black Betty” ] allows me to push the envelope and release the “insane death wish” within me from time to time.

On the professional front, educational background is within Food Science & Marketing area’s with a bent towards NPD, Manufacturing, Sales and Business Development.

Develop and honed professional skill set working across multiple Business Units within George Weston Foods in the capacity of Product Development, Technical Services through to Sales and Business Development departments.

From there, moved across to Arnott’s Biscuits, as a Product Development Co-coordinator in the New Business Development team, working on implementing the “Emporio” range of gourmet Biscuits. To this, the privilege of working on Tim Tam & Mint Slice brand’s in the capacity of Product Development coordinator was achieved.

After a brief stint at Kellogg’s – achieved a life long goal of working & living overseas as the Global Technical Manager Bakery based in Shanghai for Fonterra. Working across North & South East Asia.

Returning from Shanghai and looking for the next big challenge – decided to embark on a career in Recruitment. My target is to develop a strong understanding on the needs of potential clients and candidates.

I am really looking forward to working with people, assisting individuals and clients alike to reach their personnel and professional goals.
